!!!UPDATE!!! AUTOMAX HAS CUSTOMER CARS TO REPAIR THAT ARE NOT FINISHED. IF THEY ARE NOT FINISHED BY SATURDAY, EQUIPMENT LIKE LIFTS, TIRE MACHINES AND COMPRESSORS MAY HAVE TO BE PULLED FROM THIS AUCTION AND RESOLD IN A WEEK OR 2.
AUCTION TERMS
1. All Items are Sold As-Is
2. All tools and equipment must be paid for in cash in full immediately after end of sale.
3. A 20% cash deposit must be made on all car purchases immediately after sale and all cars must be paid in full in cash by Monday, June 2nd at 5:00P.M.
4. No Credit or Debit Cards
5. No Checks (except from businesses Automax or Lee Bissell Auction gives permission to by Friday May, 29th at 5:00 P.M.) Don't assume we are going to take your check the day of. call me 770-617-8489
6. All Tools & Equipment not removed by Saturday, May 30th at 5:00 P.M. will be left at buyers own risk, all items not picked up by Wednesday, June 3rd at 5:00 P.M. will be disposed of with no refund to the buyer.
7. All Cars Must be Picked up By Wednesday, June 3rd at 5:00 P.M. or they will be disposed of with no refund to the buyer.
8. These vehicles are being sold by court order, if you are an out of state buyer check with your state to see if they accept a Georgia Court Order. Georgia will not issue titles for 1985 and older vehicles.
9. Because this is a court ordered sale the former owners of these vehicles have until the morning of the sale to pay the fees on their vehicle and pick it up, for that reason some vehicle may be removed from auction. We will update you of any removed cars at this site.
10. A 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on all vehicles that reach a bid price of $4,000 or greater
11. A 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on all tools, equipment and misc.
12. No Refunds.
