BEHAVIOR

Bidding is serious business. If you are not participating in the active bidding for a vehicle, step away from the immediate bidding area.
Please be mindful of those bidders attempting to be successful and REFRAIN FROM TALKING, this will help speed up the process.
No working on or removing vehicles until the auction is over. Tampering with cars before the purchase transaction is complete could get you
arrested.
Manipulating the bid price is not tolerated. If an operable vehicle is tampered with prior to the auction, that results in the vehicle no longer
being operable, we will pull the vehicle from the auction at the last minute, if necessary. Tampering with vehicles prior to the auction for the
purpose of having the bid price lowered is considered manipulating the bid price.
IF YOU MUST TALK TO SOMEONE AROUND A VEHICLE BEING AUCTIONED, PLEASE STEP AWAY FROM THE AUCTION AREA AS THIS
DISTRACTS THE AUCTIONEER AND BIDDERS.

PAYMENT
We take cash, VISA, MASTER CARD (ID required & must match card). NO EXCEPTIONS!!   DO NOT BID IF ID AND CREDIT CARD DO NOT
MATCH – your bid will be invalidated and vehicle will be resold.    Over the phone transaction are not permitted on auction vehicles.
2. (A) AFTER THE AUCTION: IF YOU WANT TO PAY IN FULL , TO GET YOUR PAPER WORK AND REMOVE YOUR VEHICLE, GIVE YOUR
BIDDER CARD TO THE POLICE OFFICER AND WAIT UNTIL YOUR BIDDER NUMBER IS CALLED. No Personal Checks

DEPOSITS
You may leave a deposit towards the full purchase price. The balance, in full, is due when the vehicle is picked up. All purchases must be
removed and paid for no later than the Wednesday following the auction date. The minimum deposit per auction vehicle is $100.00. Deposits
must comply with ‘payments’ described in #2 above. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

SALES TAX
6% GEORGIA SALES TAX added to the purchase price on all sales. Tax exempt sales must be per-approved before the auction and all state-
required paperwork must be on file.

REMOVAL OF VEHICLES PURCHASED
All purchases must be removed by the following Wednesday. A $15.00 per day storage fee will be assessed from the day of the auction if
purchases are not removed by the Wednesday following the auction. IF YOU LEAVE A DEPOSIT YOU HAVE UNTIL THE FOLLOWING
WEDNESDAY TO CLAIM YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO WE WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AND THE VEHICLE, IF YOU DID PAY FOR
A VEHICLE AND FAIL TO REMOVE IT WITH IN TEN DAY AFTER THE AUCTION, WE KEEP THE MONEY PAID BY YOU AND TAKE CAR, TO
RESALE. No Exceptions
NOTE: YOU MAY NOT REMOVE THE VEHICLE, CONTENTS OR KEYS, IF KEYS ARE AVAILABLE, UNTIL PAID-INFILL. If keys are available, we
keep the keys until the vehicle leaves the lot.
No cars can be left outside lot over night no exceptions.
6. AFTER SUCCESSFUL BID – HOW TO CLAIM AND PAY FOR VEHICLES
(A)    If the auction is still in session, and you bought a car and you want to leave, you must leave a deposit, you can’t pay for your purchase until
the auction is over.

(B) After the auction is over take bidder card to the policeman at the door; he will ask you are you leaving a deposit or do you want to pay in full
an pick up your paperwork, you will be called on the loud speaker when it’s your turn.
(C) When notified paperwork is ready, there are 2 lines.
LINE ONE is to pay for the vehicle(s) in full
LINE TWO is to pay a deposit.
7. NON-PAYMENT OF BID AMOUNT (CONTRACT)
Your successful bid is a legal oral contract. Big Tow Wrecker reserves the right to seek all legal remedies to collect on the Bid (Contract) given
at Auction. However, at a minimum, Big Tow Wrecker will:
KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AND BAN YOU FROM ALL FUTURE BIG TOW AUCTIONS.
It is your responsibility to make sure you get back to Big Tow to claim your purchase, call 770.973.2537 and let us know your plans. We will
ensure someone is here during the posted normal business hours of operation.

8. ALWAYS MAKE COPIES OF YOUR PAPER WORK BEFORE YOU SEND IT TO THE STATE.

9. ALL CARS ARE SOLD AS IS – NO WARRANT IS GIVEN OR IMPLIED, BID AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. AFTER THE AUCTION IS OVER EVERYONE WILL LEAVE THE AUCTION AREA AND WAIT OUTSIDE.
IF YOU BOUGHT A CAR AND WANT TO PAY FOR IT IN FULL AND PICK IT UP TODAY, HAND YOUR BIDDER CARD TO THE POLICEMAN AT
THE GATE, HE WILL TURN IT INTO THE OFFICE FOR YOU. THEN YOUR NUMBER WILL BE CALLED WHEN YOUR PAPERWORK IS READY.

LATE REGISTORS’: ( AFTER 1:00pm) YOUR   PAPERWORK WILL BE PROCESSED LAST.
