Manipulating the bid price or process is prohibited. Tampering with a vehicle prior to or during the auction isprohibited and may result in criminal charges. Computer scans of vehicles are not permitted.

AUCTION VEHICLE PAYMENTS FROM INDIVIDUALS OR USED CAR DEALERS MUST BE MADE IN CASH,
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! (APPROVED SALVAGE VENDORS ARE PERMITTED TO PAY BY CHECK)

All of your purchases must be PAID IN FULL before you will be permitted to remove any vehicles from the lot.Buyers will not have access to vehicle(s) until after the vehicle(s) is paid in full, and the paperwork is complete.

VEHICLES THAT HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL, BUT NOT REMOVED BY THE TUESDAY DEADLINE, WILL BE ASSESSED ASTORAGE FEE OF $50.00 PER DAY, (PER VEHICLE) TO BE PAID IN CASH BEFORE REMOVAL.

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING A JUMP BOX/AIR TANK TO JUMP BATTERY/AIR UP TIRES!

The Bill of Sale will only be made out to the person who registered to bid on the vehicle(s).

If Big Tow has to reproduce any or all of your paperwork, there is a $200.00 fee that must be prepaid in cash.
